ABOUT MY BLOG

Hello fellow yogis, artists and bread lovers. Maybe you're not a yogi or an artist, but I'll bet you love bread! Anyway, here we are. I've been traveling along on this road of life for a respectable number of years, I ended up in Cornwall Connecticut about 15 years ago or so. Met some really great people, taught yoga, avoided art, and now I'm making art and bread. Still teaching yoga too. These things give me great joy, the kind of joy you search for all your life until you wake up one morning and realize you are actually living the dream you always wanted. How cool is that?
