YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

​Wednesday Evening class is suspended for the month of October. I signed up for a bunch of classes and won't be able to teach. I will miss you but I am very much looking forward to these classes.😃 See you all in November 💫​

Class pricing:

All classes are $20.00 per class to drop in once in a while.

$15.00 per class if you attend on a regular basis.

Mondays - 5:00-6:15PM 🐞 (First Monday of the month, gentle stretching and meditation)

and

Wednesdays - 8:30-9:45AM 🌻 

Upstairs at The Union 415 Sharon Goshen Turnpike in West Cornwall, CT. In person and on Zoom!
